This goes toward your total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable without proper notice and are required due to frequent no-shows and last-minute cancellations. 🌟 Late Policy Running late? Please call us. Services may be shortened, and full pricing still applies. Late arrivals over 10 minutes may be subject to a fee. 🌟 Cancellations & No-Shows We require: • 48 hrs (individuals) • 72 hrs (couples) • 96 hrs (large parties) Late cancellations/no-shows = up to 100% charge. Repeat no-shows may lose booking privileges or require full deposits moving forward. 🌟 Services All services are final sale. If you’re unhappy, please let us know so we can help. We do not fill acrylics done elsewhere—removal is required. 🌟 Retail Returns within 7 days if unused. Skin/body products are final sale.
