We’ll try our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, each appointment is carefully timed to respect both your schedule and that of subsequent clients. Therefore, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee for the service will still apply. 🌟Appointments & Cancellations/NO Show  We ask for a major credit card to hold scheduled appointments. Appointment times you select are reserved especially for you. Therefore, we ask the following notice: 24 hrs. for individuals, 48 hrs. for couples and 96 hrs. for large parties. Otherwise, there will be up to a 100% charge for each service. No-show will result in a 100% charge for service. Repeated cancellations will no longer be able to book online and must pay an upfront deposit for future services or may only be considered for a walk-in appointment. 🌟Services Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services. Please see the manager if you are unsatisfied with any service received so that we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability. Booking of more than 3 major services will require a deposit upfront. 🌟Pricing  All prices are subject to change without notice. 🌟Cell Phones  In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones are turned off or put on silent mode during your spa visit. 🌟 Gift Cards  We provide gift cards at any value, allowing your guest the most flexibility in choosing their Be Flawless experience. Gift cards are nonrefundable. 🌟 Retail Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 1 week of purchase provided the original packaging and product is intact and undamaged. Skin and Body products cannot be returned or refunded (this includes our Flawless by K. Cancellation Policy

This time is booked just for you. Please allow 24-hour cancellation in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is based on the service missed and may be charged up to 100% of service total. NO-SHOW POLICY: By booking this appointment you authorize Be Flawless to charge you 100% of service cost should you miss your appointment without proper notification (24 hours). No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are non-refundable. Same day cancellations are non-refundable.
